  1. Wow, haven’t had a chance to listen, yet, but this photo is like some sewing Disneyland! You are really building yourself a great space!

  2. you can safely call your sewing space a studio – it is certainly on that level and is fabulous!

  3. I’m glad that Rainbow Insomnia is special to you. At first you didn’t have an idea what you might do with that colorful jelly roll that I got for you. You got an idea and Rainbow Insomnia is the result of that idea! I think you could make lots of beautiful quilts using solid colors…you should do it more often.

  4. Just heard your episode; lots of fun stuff. So much you have to look forward for next year from your involvement with the Modern Quilt group to teaching and having more spare time … look forward to hear it all.
I like this time of the year when I start thinking about my quilty goals and evaluating what I achieved in the present year.
When you get a chance check out my blog and my completed blocks for the Civil War Bride quilt. Thanks for sharing your quilty life with us and all the work involved in the podcast; we all apreciate.

  5. LOVE the reorganization and it truly is a wonderful space to create!!! You have organized it beautifully; and I especially love the Rainbow Insomnia quilt (wink!) Thank you for sharing photos of your space. Keep up the great work!

  6. You know I’m a fan of the long episodes, lol! I saw the time on the episode and was like “whooohoooo!” :) Glad the show is over and you can focus on you for a little bit! The new pegboard and all your organizational changes look awesome!

    • LOL – I’m afraid some people fainted at the sight of the episode length. I thought about splitting it in half but said “oh forget it” and just posted the whole thing.

  7. Did not faint at episode length since it accompanied me on Thanksgiving weekend errands.

Our LQG hands out ribbons based only on viewers choices; there are no Judges. Thank goodness! I will be entering something this year for the first time and would never do it if it was to be judged.

    All the best.

  8. Enjoyed your newest podcast(as usual). Your photos of the Quilt show were amazing. What a talent.
You have probably heard of Katie(i’magingermonkey) already but just in case you haven’t I thought I’d draw her to your attention. She has a lot of tattoos – many of them sewing related.

  9. Attached is a photo William took last October on our hiking angler 8b trip in the wintertime.
